...and pulling out another. On Sunday, the spouse and I went to watch World War Z. I really liked it. I thought the story was great, the pacing was wonderful, and it wasn't too long. More importantly, it inspired me.
For years I've been wanting to write a nonfiction book about zombies, but I couldn't figure out what I wanted to talk about. Finally, it came to me after seeing this movie. I'm excited and stoked and want to quit my job so I can work on it. I've sent out emails to potential individuals who might help me with the project. I went to the library to start my research. Now, I just need time.
I'm not going to give you too many details about the project because the idea is still hatching in my brain. I'm still trying to figure out if it's going to be viable. Once that becomes clear, I'll let you know.
I'm a little sad I had to put my fiction story aside, I was on chapter 6 and making pretty good headway, but I have a feeling the nonfiction book will only add to the fiction, and I will pick it up again in the future.
