Personally, I hate running. My knees can't take the stress--and I look like Velma on Scooby Doo.

Personally, I hate running. My knees can't take the stress--and I look like Velma on Scooby Doo.
However, if you are into running--more power to you. In case of the zombie apocalypse, I'll have to rely on stealth--or give myself to heroic martyrdom.
